Serrano, Kizh, and Chumash Peoples of this region. my culinary journey is deeply grounded in ayurveda, in which i explore and share food as medicine. this connection to food, the way it heals our bodies, and our environment, has been so nourishing and fulfilling for me. much of my inspiration comes from my south asian roots and the sweet memories of waking up in the mornings to an aroma of spices, as my mom prepared something special for us. the harmonious mmmm’s after each bite resonate with the love and care she infuses into every creation. i carry her teachings with me and feel warm in my belly just thinking about it. ✿♥‿♥✿ since may 2024, i’ve been part of the advanced farmer training program at the sarvodaya institute, learning about regenerative practices. this includes soil care, seed starting, plant propagation, plant care, farm tending, veggie &amp; fruit harvesting, &amp; irrigation maintenance. i specialize in creating personalized menus and meal plans tailored to individual dietary needs for people, families, retreats, and private events. my recipes are ingrained in sacred south, southeast, and west asian traditions as well as ancient ayurvedic principles. is an experimental archive and dinner service series that explores the connections between sustenance and sound. through processed field recordings, live performances, carefully curated menus, and
